Registration Participation Fees

Optional Event Fees

Accompanying persons of All Days participants and One Day participants can participate in the events below with advanced payments at the time of registration.

Registration Period

• Early Bird Registration: before 15 May 2024 (9 am JST)
• Regular Registration: from 15 May 2024 (10 am JST)
  to 10 June 2024 (15 pm JST)

(*) If you would like to register after 10 June, please email the IFIS2024 Organizing Secretariat in advance.

(*) You may register for the Conference on-site at the venue. In such case, please email the IFIS Organizing Secretariat in advance.

(*) If you register after 10 June, due to security reasons, we may not be able to accept your application to participate in the “July 10 (Wed.) Tour of the Flight Inspection Center”.

(*) Only registered and paid participants can apply for visa support documents. If you need visa support documents in order to enter Japan, please email the Secretariat by 31 May 2024.

(*) We ask that participation fees be paid with credit cards. However, for bank transfers, all bank transaction fees shall be covered by the participant.

Individual Registration

Please register through the registration site below. Once you register and pay the participation fee through the site, you will receive a confirmation and receipt by email. If you choose a bank transfer for your payment method, you will be contacted by the IFIS2024 Organizing Secretariat within several days after you complete your registration.

Cancelations and Revisions

To cancel your registration, or revise/change the name on your registration, please email the IFIS2024 Organizing Secretariat.
You can cancel the registration before May 15 without a fee. However, you should pay 100 % cancel fee from May 15.

Group Registration

If a group of participants prefer to pay the participation fees together with a single settlement, either by credit card or bank transfer, please have a representative of the group fill out in advance the spreadsheet below with all the necessary participant information. Then, email the spreadsheet to the IFIS2024 Organizing Secretariat. The Secretariat will confirm the details and contact the representative of the group registration with the payment settlement information.
